Margreta’s academic and work background is she has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis and Evaluation. Margreta spent a number of years working for the federal government on child welfare policy. She transitioned her interests into technology and the business requirements for creating effective information systems for state and local governments providing foster care and adoption services.
